Choosing the correct polyester-to-cotton ratio is critical for the end-user’s environment:
High polyester content ensures maximum strength, excellent wrinkle recovery, and fast drying. This is the preferred choice for industrial uniforms, medical scrubs, and heavy-duty service wear where durability is the primary concern.
Ideal for promotional items, lightweight linings, and high-volume uniform tenders. These blends offer exceptional cost-efficiency while maintaining a clean, professional finish and high tensile strength.
For brands prioritizing comfort and breathability, we also offer CVC blends (typically 60% Cotton / 40% Polyester). These provide a softer, more “natural” hand-feel while retaining the shrink-resistance of synthetic fibers.
Q: How do you ensure the blend ratio is accurate? A: We utilize precision yarn-blending technology and conduct regular laboratory tests to ensure that a 65/35 blend truly contains 65% polyester and 35% cotton. We can provide Material Composition Certificates for every batch to support your quality assurance protocols.
Q: What is the colorfastness rating of your TC fabrics? A: Our TC series typically achieves a Grade 4.0 or higher in colorfastness to washing and perspiration. We use specialized disperse and reactive dyes that bond effectively with both fiber types, preventing “frosting” or uneven fading.
Q: Can you provide TC fabrics with functional finishes like Anti-Static or Water Repellent? A: Absolutely. We can apply Teflon™ coatings for stain resistance, anti-static treatments for electronics assembly uniforms, or antimicrobial finishes for healthcare textiles during the final processing stage.
