We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions,
specifications, GSM, composition, color, and images displayed
on this Website are accurate and up to date.

vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography
conditions, and dye lot differences.
- Fabric specifications (GSM, width, shrinkage, color
fastness) are provided as typical values based on standard
production. Minor variations within industry-accepted
tolerances are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue

## 4. Quotations & Pricing

only and subject to change without notice.
Official pricing is provided through formal quotation only,
based on:
- Fabric type, composition, and finish
- Order quantity (meters or pieces)
- Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)
- Destination country and port
- Currency fluctuations and raw material costs at time
of order
A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations do not
constitute a binding contract until both parties confirm
the order in writing.

## 5. Samples
We offer fabric samples for evaluation prior to bulk orders.
- Standard samples are provided free of charge; courier
costs may apply depending on destination
- Custom-developed samples (specific GSM, composition,
color, or finish) may require a sample fee, which is
typically credited against the subsequent bulk order
- Sample lead time is typically 7–15 business days
for custom development
- Approval of a sample by the buyer constitutes
confirmation of the specifications for bulk production

## 6. Orders & Payment
All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or signed
purchase order). Verbal agreements are not binding.
**Payment Terms**
Standard payment terms are:
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- 70% balance payment before shipment
Alternative payment terms may be agreed in writing for
established accounts.
**Accepted Payment Methods**
- Bank wire transfer (T/T)
- Letter of Credit (L/C) — available for orders above
a minimum value, subject to prior agreement
- Other methods by prior written agreement
We do not accept payment by credit card for wholesale
fabric or garment manufacturing orders.

## 7. Production & Lead Times
Standard bulk production lead times are:
- Stock fabrics: 3–7 business days
- Custom fabric production: 20–35 business days
after sample approval and deposit receipt
- OEM garment manufacturing: 30–60 business days
depending on quantity and complexity
Lead times are estimates only and may be affected by
raw material availability, public holidays, port
congestion, or force majeure events. We will notify
buyers promptly of any significant delays.

## 8. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight.
- Shipping terms (FOB Qingdao / Shanghai, CIF, DDP, etc.)
are agreed per order and stated in the commercial invoice
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover
to the carrier under FOB terms
- We provide full export documentation including commercial
invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate
of origin
- Import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes
at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless
DDP terms are agreed
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers,
customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

## 9. Quality Assurance & Inspection
All products are subject to our internal quality control
process before shipment, including:
- Inline fabric inspection during production
- Final AQL inspection before packing
- Testing against agreed specifications for composition,
GSM, color fastness, shrinkage, and finish
Buyers may arrange third-party inspection at the factory
prior to shipment. Inspection costs are borne by the buyer.
We hold GOTS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX certifications for
applicable product lines. Certification scope is confirmed
per order on request.

## 10. Claims & Defects
Any claims regarding fabric quality, quantity, or
specification must be submitted in writing within
14 days of receipt of goods.
Claims must include:
- Order number and invoice reference
- Description of the issue
- Photographs or video evidence
- Independent lab test report (if applicable)
We will not accept claims for:
- Variations within standard industry tolerances
(±5% GSM, ±2% width, minor color shade variation
between dye lots)
- Damage caused during buyer's handling, storage,
or processing after receipt
- Issues arising from the buyer's own fabric
cutting, sewing, or finishing processes
Accepted claims will be resolved by replacement,
credit note, or partial refund at our discretion,
based on the nature and extent of the defect.

## 11. Returns
As a manufacturer of custom and made-to-order products,
we do not accept returns of:
- Custom-developed fabrics produced to buyer's
specifications
- OEM garments manufactured to buyer's design or tech pack
- Bulk fabric orders after production has commenced
Returns of stock fabric may be considered on a case-by-case
basis and must be agreed in writing before goods are
returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance
with its rules. The language of arbitration shall
