Before you submit your artwork.
Q1What artwork format do you need for embroidery?
For the best result, provide your logo as an AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF. We digitise the design (convert it to a stitch file) for a one-off fee. PNG files above 300dpi are also accepted. We send a stitch-out preview for approval before production.
Q2Can I get individual names on each garment?
Yes — for both embroidery and sublimation. For embroidery, provide a name list in a spreadsheet. For sublimation, names and squad numbers are included in the artwork layout at no extra charge. Mixed sizes and names are accepted in a single order.
Q3Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No — embroidery can be applied to a single piece. However, the digitisation fee is a one-off charge that becomes more economical at higher quantities. For orders above 50 pieces, we offer preferential embroidery pricing.
Q4What fabric does sublimation work on?
Sublimation works on polyester-rich fabrics (minimum 60% polyester). For 100% polyester it produces the most vivid results. For cotton or mixed-fibre garments, heat transfer printing is used instead — similar visual result with different application method.
Q5Can reflective tape be added to FR garments?
Yes. We stock FR-rated reflective tape that maintains the flame-retardant integrity of the garment. Standard silver reflective tape is also available. All reflective tape applications are sewn (not heat-bonded) for maximum wash and FR durability.
Q6Can all five techniques be combined on one garment?
Yes — and this is common for complex uniform programmes. For example: sublimation base fabric + embroidered logo + woven neck label + reflective tape + barcode hangtag. We coordinate all finishing techniques in the same production run.
