Shrinkage Testing
缩水率测试

Dimensional stability is critical for uniform programmes where fit consistency across hundreds of garments must be maintained through repeated industrial laundering. We test every fabric and finished garment to ISO 6330, reporting warp and weft shrinkage independently.

Colorfastness Testing
色牢度测试

Colour that fades after five washes or bleeds onto adjacent fabric is commercially unacceptable — and for branded uniform programmes it can damage a client's brand identity. We test colorfastness across six key conditions to ISO 105, reporting on a grey scale from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent).

ISO 105-C06 — Colorfastness to domestic and commercial washing
ISO 105-B02 — Colorfastness to artificial light (xenon arc)
ISO 105-E04 — Colorfastness to perspiration (acid & alkaline)
ISO 105-X12 — Colorfastness to rubbing (dry and wet crocking)
ISO 105-E01 — Colorfastness to water immersion
Grey scale assessment — change in colour and staining both reported

Tensile & Tear Strength
拉力 & 撕裂强度

Physical durability is non-negotiable for tactical, industrial and rescue uniforms that are subjected to extreme mechanical stress. We test both tensile (breaking load) and tear strength on warp and weft independently, ensuring the fabric can withstand the demands of the intended end-use.

ISO 13934-1 — Tensile breaking force (grab method)
ISO 13934-2 — Tensile breaking force (strip method)

Common questions

Before you request a report.

Q1Do I receive the full lab report or just a pass/fail?
You receive the full test report — including every data point, test condition, specimen dimension and numerical result. A pass/fail summary is included, but the complete data is available for your own quality or compliance team to review.
Q2Which laboratories do you use for third-party testing?
We use SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas — all internationally accredited to ISO 17025. The choice of lab can be specified by the client if a particular accreditation body is required for their compliance programme.
Q3How long does testing take and does it delay shipment?
Testing runs in parallel with production, not after. In-house pre-screening (shrinkage, colorfastness) takes 3–5 days. Third-party certifications (FR, antimicrobial) take 7–12 days. In most cases, reports are ready before production completes.
Q4Can you test fabrics we supply rather than yours?
Yes. We can coordinate testing for client-supplied fabrics as part of a garment manufacturing order. Submit your fabric with a test brief and we will manage the lab submission, track the results and forward the report.
Q5Is testing available for fabric-only orders (not garments)?
Yes. Fabric-only test reports are available for clients who need to qualify a fabric before committing to a full uniform programme. Minimum sample size is typically 5 metres per test item.
Q6Can I request specific tests not listed here?
Yes. Through our accredited lab partners we can access a wide range of additional tests — pilling resistance (ISO 12945), seam strength (ISO 13935), abrasion resistance (ISO 12947), UV protection (ISO 13758) and more. Contact us with your specific requirement.

Tell us what you need tested. We'll handle it.
