Sample Development
Before committing to bulk, every order goes through a structured sample approval process. You review and sign off each stage — fit, fabric, construction and trims — before we cut a single piece of bulk fabric.
Tech Pack Review
We review your spec sheet, grading, BOM and construction details before starting. Missing info is flagged upfront.
Proto Sample (Size M)
First physical sample in the development fabric. Used for fit, proportion and construction review — not for colour approval.
Salesman Sample (SMS)
Production-quality sample in confirmed fabric and colourway. Used for buyer showrooms and final client approval.
Pre-Production Sample (PP)
Final approval sample from bulk fabric and trims. Signed-off PP sample becomes the QC reference for bulk production.

You supply the approved tech pack and we handle everything from fabric sourcing and cutting to sewing, finishing, QC and packing. Full traceability from roll to rack.
Fabric Sourcing & Confirmation
We source from our in-house fabric library or develop custom fabric to your spec — including certified FR, antimicrobial and sustainable options.
Cutting & Sewing
All cutting and CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) is done in-house. Computerised marker making for minimal fabric waste.
100% In-line & Final QC
In-line quality checks at each production stage, plus a final AQL inspection before packing. Defect rate reported with every shipment.
Packing & Labelling
Branded poly bags, hangtags, woven labels, care labels and barcode stickers — all to your specification. Carton packing with packing list included.

Before you place an order.
Q1Do I need a tech pack to start an OEM order?
Yes — for OEM, a tech pack (or at minimum a counter sample) is required before sampling begins. If you don't have one, our ODM service can create it from a reference garment, sketch or written brief.
Q2What is the minimum order quantity?
For standard OEM/ODM uniforms, the MOQ is 500 pcs per style. For school and bulk corporate orders, 300 pcs. For sports and sublimation, the MOQ is 10 pcs per colourway with no plate fee.
Q3How long does the full production process take?
Sampling typically takes 2–3 weeks including approval rounds. Bulk production is 10–20 days after PP approval. Sports series orders are 7–12 days after artwork approval. Total: 4–7 weeks for full OEM programmes.
Q4Can you source the fabric as well?
Yes. We can source from our in-house library of 30+ certified fabrics, or develop a custom fabric to your specification via our Custom Fabric R&D service. Using our fabric eliminates lead time delays from third-party suppliers.
Q5What quality control process do you follow?
We use AQL 2.5 inspection standard. In-line QC checks happen at each production stage (cutting, sewing, finishing). A final inspection report with measurements and defect rate is included with every shipment.
Q6What shipping terms are available?
We offer FOB, CIF and DDP terms. For small orders and sports kits, DHL Express is used (3–5 days worldwide). For bulk orders, sea freight (LCL or FCL) is available. Tracking is provided on despatch.
