Black Chef Pants for Men

Chef pants live a hard life: heat, spills, constant bending and standing, and washing after almost every shift. The thing most kitchens notice first is black fading to gray after a few months of hot, frequent laundering. These pants are specified around that problem: a fabric and dye system chosen for repeated commercial washing, in cuts built for long shifts on your feet.

Care and Keeping Black Black

Frequent hot washing and bleach are the main causes of fading in black kitchen workwear.

  • Wash at the recommended temperature and avoid overloading the machine
  • Oxygen-based bleach is gentler on dyed fabric. Chlorine bleach can accelerate fading on cotton-containing fabrics
  • Avoid fabric softener, which can reduce wicking and coat the fibers
  • Tumble dry at moderate temperature

Applications

Restaurants, hotel kitchens, bakeries, catering, food trucks, and culinary schools.

Customization

  • Logo embroidery: restaurant or hotel name and placement
  • Color matching: swatch approval before bulk production
  • Custom sizing programs for teams
  • Consistent reorders: every reorder is produced against the same documented fabric and dye specification

Quality Verification

Before a bulk order we can provide: a pre-production sample for approval, and on request, fiber composition and colorfastness and shrinkage test reports, batch-specific and matched to your shipment’s roll numbers .

FAQ

Will the black fade after repeated hot washing? Black fading comes from the dye system and the laundering conditions. Ask us for the colorfastness result at your wash temperature and cycle count, and follow the care guidance above. Chlorine bleach and very hot, frequent washes are the main causes of fading.

How much do these shrink? ≤3% after 50 cycles of industrial washing at 75°C. Ask for the test report for your fabric before ordering.

Are they suitable near open flame? They aren’t flame-resistant. See the note above, and ask us about cotton-rich options if your kitchen uses open flame.

What’s the minimum order and can you add our logo? MOQ is 300 pcs per style and color. Logo embroidery is available, and we’ll confirm placement and cost per order.

Can you match our uniform color? Yes, with swatch or Pantone approval before bulk production.
