“Chief Value Cotton” means the cotton content exceeds 50%. At 60% cotton, this fabric delivers noticeably better breathability and comfort against skin than standard 65/35 PC twill — a critical advantage for healthcare workers wearing scrubs for 12-hour shifts, and for hospitality staff in warm environments. The 40% polyester provides the industrial wash durability, wrinkle resistance, and dimensional stability that institutional laundry programs require.

Hand feel: Soft, cotton-dominant twill hand. The 60% cotton content is immediately noticeable — the fabric is noticeably softer and more comfortable than PC twill, without the stiffness of some cotton-rich blends.
