Step 3 — Match the laundry system. Industrial laundry → TC 65/35. Home wash → CVC or cotton. This determines fabric lifespan more than anything else.
Step 4 — Compare cost per year, not cost per piece. A premium fabric that lasts 3× longer often costs the same per year as a cheap one.
Step 5 — Request wash-test samples. No spec sheet substitutes for running 5 industrial wash cycles on a sample.
