Our plus size scrubs for women are re-graded from the ground up — fuller through the bust, wider through the hip and thigh, with a contoured waist that actually follows a plus-size silhouette. The fabric, stitching, pocket layout, and performance treatments are identical to our standard “Active-Fit” line. No downgrade. No separate “plus” SKU with worse materials.
